Common requests
Track my order
Find tracking information for a recent purchase.
Log into your account under "My Orders" or check your shipping confirmation email for a tracking link. If it's missing, email support@lagofy.com with your order number.
Start a return
Return an unused item within 30 days of delivery.
Email support@lagofy.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization and instructions.
Cancel my order
Cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet.
Email support@lagofy.com right away with your order number. If the order hasn't been fulfilled, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
