Shipping Policy

At Lagofy, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Because many of our products are made-to-order or sourced from partner workshops overseas, please review the timelines below before placing your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Estimated delivery times
Standard shipping to addresses within the United States generally arrives within 10–20 business days from the date your order ships. This includes both fulfillment and international transit time for items sourced from our partner suppliers.
- Continental U.S.: 10–20 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories: 15–25 business days
- APO/FPO addresses: 20–30 business days
Shipping methods and coverage
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on destination and package size. A tracking number is provided for every order.
Shipping costs
- Orders over $50: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $50: Flat rate of $5.99
Delayed or lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@lagofy.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, we'll either reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Customs and duties
Because we ship exclusively within the United States, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
