Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Lagofy. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including personal care items, opened food or consumables, and earrings. These items are marked as final sale on the product page.
How to request a return
- Email support@lagofy.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Within 1–2 business days, we'll reply with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable service.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error, in which case we will cover return shipping.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return followed by a new order. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
