How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping to U.S. addresses arrives within 10–20 business days from the date your order ships. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take slightly longer. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment provider.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also log into your account on lagofy.com and view tracking under "My Orders". Can't find your tracking? Email support@lagofy.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. Email support@lagofy.com with your order number to start a return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time Lagofy ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

We're sorry that happened. Please email support@lagofy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the shipping address. Email support@lagofy.com right away with your order number and the corrected address and we'll do our best to catch it before fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. Email support@lagofy.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
